What happens?
After restarting the controller, the 'Regional and language options' are set to German (C93=1031 German (Germany)).
When does this behaviour occur? After restarting the Lenze controller, the parameter C93 (Locale; Regional and language options) is reset to its default value '1031 German (Germany)'. The behaviour occurs if ...
the value under the parameter C93 was changed and saved persistently before switching the mains for the controller,
an SD card of a controller with a previous version is plugged into a controller with version V3.13, or
the controller firmware was updated to version V3.13.

Short-term measures:
Copy the Poststart.txt file to the main directory of the controller's SD card and switch the mains for the controller. After restarting the controller, the following command sets the 'Regional and language options' to English (United States):
The value 1033 corresponds to the English (United States) setting. The 'Regional and language options' can be changed by adapting the numerical code accordingly. The possible numerical codes can be found in the 'Controller - Parameter setting and programming' reference manual.
Evaluation/recommendations:
The 'Regional and language options' of the controller are preset to German. Due to the described function restriction, the settings can only be changed by means of the applicative solution described under 'Short-term measures'. The function restriction only affects the c300 and the p300 controllers.
