Overwriting of the reference start speed C01224/1

Corrected from:

  • Inverter Drives 8400 HighLine V16.02.00.00

Response of the new version:
In the new FW 16.02.00.00, the reference start speed will no longer be overwritten when homing is started.

What happens:
When homing is started, the reference start speed (C01224/1) is automatically overwritten. The speed of the started homing run is not changed.

When does this behaviour occur?

The behaviour occurs when homing is started irrespective of the set homing mode (C01221:0).

Affected products:

  • Inverter Drives 8400 HighLine V16.00.00.00; V16.01.00.00

Short-term measures:
Before starting a new homing run, the value must be adapted to its setpoint.

Evaluation/recommendations:

If the parameter set is saved after homing, the changed homing process will be maintained after mains switching. In this way, the changed homing speed will be used for standard homing after mains switching.
