L_DFSet_1 error correction

Corrective measures for the correct direction of rotation, a correct compensating distance, and consideration of the following error.


Which products are affected?
Inverter Drives 8400 HighLine and TopLine with a firmware version lower than 14.00.00.00


What happens?
I. Incorrect, unexpected direction of rotation is adopted
II. One additional whole revolution is compensated
III. The compensating distance is falsified again by the position control, since the following error is not taken into consideration. The value at dnDeltaPosIn_p has no impact on the compensation


When does the problem occur?
If the L_DFSet_1 FB is used and with the following settings:
I. The error occurs if a compensation process in Cw direction is to be executed, traversing, however, is effected in the opposite direction.
In the mode C1075/1=11 (compensation in CW rotating direction), compensation takes place in the following position sequence in negative direction of rotation and not in CW rotating direction.
In synchronisation mode C1075/1=10 (shortest path), with a negative rotating direction, compensation is not carried out by the shortest path.
II. In synchronisation mode C1075/1=12 (CCW rotating direction)
III. In synchronisation mode C1075/1=13 (shortest path)

Evaluation:

In order to rule out the above-mentioned errors, an FW update should be carried out when the L_DFSet FB is used.
