LS_DeviceMonitor: no hysteresis at the MctrlMotorTemp output

Functional description

A hysteresis of 15K (fixed value) for the LS_DevicMonitor.MctrlMotorTemp function block output has been installed.

Like this, the output turns TRUE when the temperature set has been reached and FALSE again at a temperature less than the minimum temperature set minus 15K.
