Maximum angle of rotation of the LS_Brake standstill monitoring

Functional description
The permissible angle of rotation of the standstill monitoring for the motor holding brake control C2595 can now be set to a maximum of 36000° instead of 360° as previously.
 
Applications
Applications with control of the motor brake via LS_Brake.
