What happens? When the firmware is automatically downloaded into the i700 servo inverter and the inverter is reinitialised afterwards the following error messages are entered in the IPC logbook:
- WKC Error
- Frame lost
- Communication interrupted
When does the problem occur? If the control detects that the firmware version of an i700 device does not match with the firmware version in the PLC project the control downloads the firmware independently. The function restriction occurs after the download.
Which products are affected? 3200 C controller from V3.3
p500 controller from V3.3
Possible diagnostics? Chekc the logbook entry of the control.
Short-term measures/recommendations? These error messages can be ignored.
