What happens?
The current position of the SSI encoder connected is not available. The LS_MultiEncoder.dnPosition_p FB output remains zero. The following error monitoring responds.
When does the problem occur
Due to a software error, the multi-encoder input is not initialised correctly. A connected SSI hardware is not evaluated.
Diagnostics options?
The LS_MultiEncoder.dnPosition_p FB output remains zero irrespective of the interface parameterisation and the actual encoder position.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
None. Firmware version 02.03.00.00 of the 84T00 TL cannot be used if an SSI encoder is to be evaluated.
Evaluation:
SSI encoders cannot be used. The behaviour occurs immediately during commissioning. The position remains zero. There are no uncontrolled movements; typically the following error monitoring takes effect after the axis has moved due to the angular difference.
