HTL encoder evaluation: range extension to 200 kHz(8400 HighLine from V11.0, TopLine from V02.0)

HighLine with firmware version V11.00
TopLine with firmware version V02.00

Functional description
The max. signal frequency to be evaluated at the DI1/DI2 digital input has been extended to 200 kHz.

Applications
Higher speeds / encoders with a higher number of increments can be evaluated now.
