Encoder feedback system resolver at terminal X7 (from V01.10)

Function extension
At terminal X7 (9-pole Sub-D socket) a resolver can be connected as encoder feedback system. The actual value of the resolver can be used for the speed and position control.
Via the resolver interface, also the temperature signal of the KTY can be connected.
