Eliminated function restriction
When supplying the controller with control/mains voltage, the controller was immediately reported to be ready for operation (DI_bReady = TRUE). However, the controller is not ready for operation until the DC bus is loaded and the protection against restart is short-circuited. The revised status message sets the DI_bReady status signal if the LU threshold has been exceeded and the DC bus has been fully loaded.
