Behaviour of the new version?
GDC V4.11 starts in offline mode if it has been closed in offline mode before.

What happens?
After doubleclicking a GDC file, the software starts in online mode although the user left it in offline mode when using it last.
When does the problem occur?
The problem only occurs if GDC was closed in offline mode and afterwards a GDC file is started via doubleclick.
Possible diagnostics?
GDC starts in online mode although the offline mode should actually be used.
