Trip reset at UG < 100VDC leads to LU entry into the history buffer (eliminated as of V8.0)

Eliminated function restriction
While the DC voltage is still decaying and below 100 V DC after disconnecting the mains during a trip reset, 'LU' is not wrongly written to the history buffer anymore.
