What happens?
After a short mains switching (< 5s), the communication module may load the default settings and thus cannot be addressed by the Profinet I/O master.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs when the mains of the standard device is switched in short cycles (<5s). If the mains of the standard device is switched off, the communication to the communication module is stopped. If the communication module itself has not yet been run up, since mains has only be switched on a few seconds ago, it may occur that the module wants to access the standard device although this is not possible anymore. This causes an internal error of the communication module which results in a factory adjustment.
Possible diagnostics?
The Profinet I/O master indicates that the Profinet station is not available at the network.

Evaluation
In the current FW 1.01 of the Profinet module, the default setting can only be loaded if the standard device communicates physically with the communication module.
