Incorrect speed acceptance with the function block L_CamVMasterPosition in single cycle mode (elimination)

Eliminated functional restriction
Thanks to Service Pack 1 for Software Package Cam V2.0 the function block L_CamVMasterPosition no longer accepts an incorrect speed at the nIn_v input. Now, a speed accepted remains valid for at least one cycle. A new speed is only accepted when a single cycle has been completed.
