Sporadical LP1 mains fault in case of mains frequencies of 60 Hz and mixed up mains phases (remedied from V3.0)

Remedied from:
ECS power supply module ECSxE series, operating software V3.0

Behaviour of new version?
The behaviour of the LP1 monitoring when the charging process is executed with mixed up mains phases (counter-clockwise rotating field) at 60 Hz systems after controller enable has been adapted to the behaviour occurring in case of clockwise rotating fields. The fault message 'LP1 mains fault' occurs no longer.
It is not possible to connect the three mains phases (L1, L2, L3) in any order.

Which products are affected?
ECS power supply module ECSxE series, operating software V2.3

What happens?
The error message 'LP1-mains fault' is indicated when the mains is connected.

When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if the mains phases at 60 Hz systems are not connected in the following order: L1-L2-L3 (according to a clockwise rotating field).

Possible diagnostics?
The error message 'LP1 mains fault' occurs immediately after mains connection.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
The occurrence of the LP1 mains fault can be corrected by changing the connection of two mains phases in order to achieve a clockwise rotating field.

Evaluation:
Thanks to the change of two mains phases a remedial measure which can quickly be applied on site is provided.
