Wrong target position after interrupted profile continuation (g_bHoldBackProfiles) (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
When the template status 'Positioning is enanbled, the drive doesn't move to a wrong target position any more.
Profile continuation is no longer possible when 'ManualJog' or 'ReleaseLimitSwitch' was active directly after profile interruption.
