Task Overrun after changing over applications from Servo PLC V6.x to Servo PLC V7.0 (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
A PLC project which is running in a Servo PLC V6.x can be loaded into a Servo PLC V7.1 without any problems. A Task Overrun no longer occurs.
