Stat2.QSPIn, new bit in status word 2 for acknowledging a QSP request (V1.3 onwards)

Function extension
Bit08 (Stat2.QSPIn) has additionally been implemented in status word 2 (Stat2).
This status bit is set if the controller is actually operated in the quick stop (QSP) state. A higher-level control can retrieve 'Stat2.QSPIn' status word in order to ensure the receipt of the QSP request sent in the course of a handshake process.
