Initialisation of the UserProgram2.SFCInit SFC variable (elimination)

Function description
Up to now, it has not been possible to initialise the sequence of the UserProgram2 POU prepared for the user in the 'sequential flow chart' programming language since the corresponding UserProgram2.SFCInit initialisation variable is cyclically set to FALSE by the cam template. In template version 2.0 the UserProgram2.SFCInit SFC variable is no longer influenced by the cam template.
