Adding an LC9 file to the example projects

Function description
The Slave1.lc9 file is a cam profile file for testing quickly the example projects. The Slave1.lc9 file is installed in the same directory as the two example projects ExampleCamMasterV0105.pro and ExampleCamSlaveV0105.pro.

Applications
By means of the added Slave1.lc9 LC9 file the user can test the example projects quickly since a corresponding cam profile file containing the data required is available now.
