Homing, zero pulse of the additional encoder not observed
Which products are affected?
ECS axis module ECSxx series, operating software ≤ V6.6
What happens?
During homing it is always the home position of the resolver (speed feedback) which is evaluated. This is also the case if an encoder is set as position feedback in addition. However, in this case homing should be executed to the home position of the encoder.
When does the problem occur?
If the following encoder configuration is selected:
Speed feedback (C0495): Resolver
Position feedback (C0490): Encoder

None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
None.
Evaluation:
In this case a workaround is not possible. Therefore, another homing mode must be selected during commissioning.
