Instantaneously wrong output signal at the output of the edge element (F_TRIG) (elimination)

Function restriction corrected
The module F_TRIG will not indicate TRUE at output Q for the initial function block call after a control reset if the input CLK of the function is assigned with FALSE. Only if the edge changes from TRUE to FALSE at input CLK the output Q is set to TRUE for one program cycle only.
