Communication codes for LECOM (interfaces RS 232 and RS485)

Which products are affected?

8200vector 0.25 - 90 kW (≤ SW 3.1) with communication module LECOM (AIF, EMF2102 Vxxx)
8200motec 0.25 - 7.5 kW (≤ SW 3.1) with communication module LECOM (AIF, EMF2102 Vxxx)

What happens?

When operating with a LECOM communication module, the codes for communication monitoring (C1921, C1922 and C1923) cannot be loaded during default setting, stored as own basic setting and transmitted via keypad.

When does the problem occur?

The fault restriction occurs when the codes for communication monitoring (C1921, C1922 and C1923) are transmitted via keypad, are stored as own basic setting or are to be overwritten with the default setting.

Possible diagnostics?

The communication monitoring for the LECOM interface is not activated when loading the own basic setting or transmitting via keypad, or it is not reset (deactivated = Lenze basic setting) when loading the default setting.

Short-term measures/recommendations?

The codes C1921, C1922 and C1923 must be configured manually after loading or transmitting.

Evaluation

The reaction to an interrupted communication should be checked during set-up. In the case of a malfunction of the communication monitoring, the steps recommended under 'Short-term measures' have to be carried out.
