DC bus fuse fails for DC bus operation with several drives (elimination)

EVS93xx-EI (Servo PLC Version 6.5 DSMC control board)
EVS93xx-ET (Servo PLC Version 6.5 DSMC control board)

Eliminated function restriction:
The DC bus fuse will no longer fail sporadically when it is used together with the 9321 MP PA and 9321 MP PB control boards.
