FIF output word 1 is not released (elimination)

Which products are affected?
All starttec versions as of version HW VC, SW 1.3

Eliminated function restriction:
The FIF output word 1 (FIF-OUT.W1, configurable via C0417) could not be transferred to the bus via the starttec. This option is now possible.
