Eliminated function restriction:
When the starttec motor starter was loaded with the own basic setting (via C0002 = 5 to 8) without having saved the own basic setting before (via C0003 = 3 and C0002 = 9), all codes were written with undefined values.
The codes are now wirtten with correct values.
