Position generation in case of early engagement/disengagement (FB L_CamClutchXAxis) corrected (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
Position jumps do not occur anymore at the clutch output position (L_CamClutchXAxis.dnPosOut_p) in case of an early engagement or disengagement. An early change of status at function block input L_CamClutchXAxis.bClose is not evaluated immediately but only when the engagement or disengagement process has been completed.
