What happens?
After downloading a project into the H410 keypad by using the HMI Designer the keypad indicates a blank monitor. The keypad does not respond anymore when pressing any keys. The three LEDs Bus Error, Power and Battery are off.
When does the problem occur?
After an update of the HMI Designer software from version 1.5 to 1.6 a project download from the HMI Designer into the H410 keypad leads to the response described before.
The full version of the HMI Designer Version 1.6 is not affected by this function restriction.

None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
This function restriction is eliminated with Service Pack 1 of the HMI Designer version 1.6. The Service Pack can be downloaded free of charge from the download area on the Lenze Intranet.
Evaluation:
After the update of the HMI Designers from version 1.5 to 1.6 projects cannot be downloaded into the H410 keypad anymore.
