What happens?
Touch keys which have been assigned to a page in an HMI project are not there anymore in a later version of the HMI designer.
When does the problem occur?
If an HMI project has been created with the HMI Designer version 1.2 for a touch screen, the touch keys which have been placed to one side of the screen are not on the page anymore after opening the project with the HMI Designer versions 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5.

Short-term measures / recommendations?
Having opened the HMI project in a later HMI Designer version, please check if all touch keys used for project planning are still on the pages. If necessary, please place the missing touch keys onto the page again.
Evaluation:
The created HMI project is modified if you use a later version of the HMI Designer – on the conditions mentioned above, the touch keys do not exist on the pages anymore. The HMI project must be processed again in order to correct this function restriction.
