Function block Tp_Shifting

Eliminated function restrictions:
The exact time of the touch probe signals is currently detected incorrectly (for one cycle the phase difference speed is missing). In the new version the phase difference speed is considered correctly in the calculation o the actual and the shifted touch probe interface signals.

Compatibility with earlier versions
As the function block Tp_Shifting is not fitted with additional interfaces and internal variables, full compatibility with the previous verison is ensured.
