No, code C0019 is used to set the threshold for the activation of the DC injection braking. DC injection braking is an inverter function which is characterised by injecting a direct current or a DC voltage to the connected motor.
There is no connection to the external motor brakes which are e.g. triggered by the relay output of the frequency inverter.
