New target position can be approached during positioning without a new start command 0x5030:010 [Bit 20]
Functional Enhancement:
On the i650, 0x5030:010 [Bit 20] must always be enabled to start a positioning operation. With the latest update, the system will move to a new target position during an ongoing positioning operation even without a new start signal.
