Addition of persistent parameters:

0x2667:001-005 -> 8 bits

0x2668:001-005 -> 16-bit

0x2669:001-005 -> 32-bit

  • Read/Write/Mappable/Persistent and selectable in the oscilloscope 
  • New parameters (all are bit-encoded; not possible for array parameters)
