A FAST Motion element (e.g., L_MC1P_AxisBasicControl) cannot be assigned to a frame element in the PLC Designer visualization.
Existing frame elements are empty.
 
Under what conditions does this behavior occur?
A new PLC project is created with the new controller device description V3.18.0 in an older version of PLC Designer (e.g., PLC Designer V3.19)
Or an existing project in an older version of PLC Designer is updated to the controller device description V3.18.0.
