L_TV2P_StackerCrane: Target position is overshot (Fixed as of V3.34.0)

Fixed as of:

Library L_TV2P_TechModulesStackerCrane (as ofV3.34.0)

(Update via Easy Package Manager)

Behavior of the new version:

In the new version, the target position is no longer overshot if the override factor is changed during the motion.

When the motion profile is recalculated due to an override change, the scaling factor of X-Y mode is discarded. As a result, a synchronous approach to the target point is no longer possible.

Instead, the target point is approached without areverse movement.

Description of behavior:

The defined target point is overshot.

The axis first moves past the target point, then reverses direction and moves toward the target point again.

Conditions under which the behavior occurs:

While moving toward the target point, the override is changed

  • X-Y mode is set to synchronous motion

  • Affected products:

    Library L_TV2P_TechModulesStackerCrane

    Short-term measure, recommendations, assessment:

  • Any change to the override results in a recalculation of the motion profile.
  • During synchronous motion, this can cause the current motion state to deviate from the original target point

  • Avoid making changes to the override during the approach to the target, especially in synchronous X-Y mode.
  • Alternatively: Set the override before starting the motion or adjust it only after reaching the target point.
