Description of behavior: Devices are identified in PLC Designer using
the node name. Part of the name is the current IP address of the
engineering interface (X16). At the same time, the node name of the device is used in
certificate creation as the so-called 'common name'. To ensure that the
certificates remain valid when the interface is changed, the
current identification strategy stipulates that only the IP address of the
engineering interface (X16) is used.
After the controller is switched on, the device name contains the IP address 0.0.0.0 or an empty string.
