PLC Designer uses an old version of a library (corrected from V4.1)

Behavior of the new version: Changes to libraries are correctly transferred to open PLC Designer projects by 'Save project and Install into Library Repository'. The current PLC logic of the library is executed.
Description of behavior: The modified PLC logic of a library is not executed after the project download.
Conditions under which the behavior occurs: The behavior described above may occur sporadically during library creation if
parallel to the PLC Designer with the open library, a PLC Designer with a PLC project is also open in which this library is used
and
after a change to the PLC logic in the library, the 'Save project and Install into Library Repository' button in the toolbar was executed.
Affected products; PLC Designer from V4.0
Short-term measures, Recommendations, Rating:
Close the PLC Designer with the PLC project in which the library is used and reopen this PLC project.
The function restriction can only occur if the PLC logic within libraries is changed.
