SysLog: Extended logging

Functionality enhancement:

The logging function of the System Logging Protocol (SysLog) has been expanded. The following changes are now also documented in SysLog:

  • changes to the security settings of the controller
  • changes to the file system of the controller via PLC Designer
  • the trust of certificates in the controller
A separate setting of the SysLog is not necessary for this.

Controller c430 from V1.15
Controller c520 from V1.15
Controller c550 from V1.15 

Application:

SysLog is a standard for logging and transmitting log messages in an IT and OT network.
