Description of the behavior:
The EASY Firmware Loader shows the error message:
EPM invalid data [30338]
If the firmware is downgraded via an Ethernet connection, the communication between the EASY Firmware Loader and the device is interrupted.
Conditions under which the behavior occurs
The behaviour described above occurs when the firmware of an i550 motec is downgraded to version V4.3 or older using the EASY Firmware Loader

Short-term measure, recommendations, evaluation:
The error message can be reset by saving the parameter set using EASY Starter on the device. If communication with the i550 motec is no longer possible via Ethernet, set the IP address in the i550 motec via the point-to-point connection via USB.
