EtherNet: Writing parameter "NTP server addresses: Activate NTP" 0x245A:1=10 leads to permanent blocking (fixed as of V01.09.01)

Behavior of the new version: The described hanging of the parameter 0x245A:1 no longer occurs.
Description of the behavior:
Parameter 0x245A:1 "NTP server address: Active NTP": If this parameter is incorrectly written with the value 10 "In progress", then parameter 0x245A:1 remains at this value and dwriting the permitted values 0 "No action" and 1 "Restart with current values" is then rejected with GCI error 0x842D "access not allowed"; the command "hangs".
Note: The values 11 "Action canceled" and 12 "Fault" are accepted (value can be read back after writing), but do not cause the command to hang, i.e. values 0 and 1 are still valid.i.e. values 0 and 1 can still be written.
