The Ethernet port cannot be opened for communication from the PLC application.

Conditions under which the behavior occurs:

A PLC application is used that opens an Ethernet port (TCP or UDP) < 1024 (e.g. with library CAA NetBaseServices)

Short-term measures, Recommendations, Rating:
The Ethernet ports smaller than 1024 are system ports and must not be used from the PLC application. In previous versions, PLC applications could also open smaller ports. Due to the increased security guidelines, the misbehavior of the previous version has been eliminated.

The ports used in the PLC application must be changed to port >= 1024.

No change is planned for this behavior.
