i950 ES: Display of a CRC without safety address (from V01.02.03)

Function extension:
The object 0x2115 "Parameter set info" was extended. In subindex 8 the parameter set checksum of the safety module is displayed without consideration of the safety address. This makes it possible to compare identical parameter sets in several axes on the basis of the CRC values.
