Commissioning function test movement: Extension with speed ramps (from V01.07.04)
Function extension:
The commissioning function 'Test movement' (see figure below) has now been extended:
To avoid jumps in the speed curve, which can have a negative effect on the machine mechanics, speed changes are now made via ramps.
The duration of this ramp can be parameterized in the range from 0 to half the reversing time:
Parameter 0x2921:4 (Manual test mode position: Speed ramp time):
Default setting: 33%. This value usually does not have to be changed.
In addition, a time of 0.5 s is waited after the test movement before a new test movement is started.
