Response of the new
version:
After installing the new version of Engineer, the Lenze Systembus Configurator can be started without errors. Lenze software can communicate with connected Lenze devices via CAN.
What happens?
Lenze software (such as the EASY Starter, Global Drive Control,...) cannot communicate via CAN with a connected Lenze device. Possible error messages are:
Faulty communication parameter!
Check communication parameter settings!
When opening the system bus configurator, the error message appears:
Error A111 loading configuration file C:\Windows\System32\Systembusconfig.xml.
File is missed or corrupted.
When does the behaviour occur?
If the Lenze Systembus Configurator is already installed on the PC (see Windows start menu), then configuration files important for CAN communication are deleted with the installation of the L-force Engineer. The behaviour described above then occurs.

Short-term measures:
If the current EASY Starter is already installed on your PC, then start the setup again (a previous uninstallation is not necessary!), activate the 'Install missing software components' switch and then click on the <Repair> button.
This will reinstall the missing configuration files. All settings made in the system bus configurator are reset and can now be made again.
Evaluation/Recommendations:
After installation of the Engineer, it may occur that CAN communication between a Lenze device and any Lenze software can no longer be established. An application solution is described under 'Short-term measures'.
Due to this functional restriction, when installing Lenze software, make sure that the EASY Starter is installed last.
