Fixed from:
week 29 / 2019 with BIOS version V933

The behavior described below does not occur.

What happens?
Sporadically, the device does not start. On the display, the boot screen is displayed with horizontal pixel stripes. "B2" is displayed on the bottom right.
After switching the mains, the devices boot again as usual. The error only occurs when booting.

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs when the 3231C controller is operated with a connected monitor panel or the p500 is switched on.

Which products are affected?

p500 with Intel Bay Trail processor (all display variants).
With the 3231C, the affected processor version can be identified by the coding ‚M5H' in the type code on the nameplate (E32GAC10000M5H*XXX-02S133**000).
With the p500, the affected processor version can be identified by the coding ‚M5H' in the type code on the nameplate (e.g. P50GAP90300M5Hyxxx).

Older controllers without the coding ‚M5H' in the type code are not affected.

Possible diagnostics:
None

Short-term measures/recommendations:
