Trace file is not saved safe against mains failure

Corrected from:
No correction planned

Behavior of the new version:
-

What happens?
Though the 'Create persistent record' checkbox is activated in the trace configuration, the trace file is deleted after switching the mains for the controller. The trace file contains the trace configuration and the trace contents (profile values).

When does this behaviour occur?
The 'Create persistent record' option creates an 'Application.<tracename>.trace.csv' file in the Windows directory of the Lenze controllers. The directory is deleted when power is interrupted.

Which products are affected?
c300 controller from V3.8
3200 C controller from V3.0
p300 panel controller from V3.8
p500 panel controller from V3.3

Short-term measures:
None

Evaluation/recommendations:
With a trace, you can record variable values over the time. The trace is configured by means of the PLC Designer. Due to the above function restriction, the trace file cannot be saved safe against mains failure on the controller. This also means that the trace record will not be started automatically after switching on the controller.
