Response of the new version?
Limitations for C1470/1…2 are rewritten to code if the value entered is internally limited. Furthermore this is referred to in the documentation.
Compatibility
Codes now can no longer adopt values outside the internal limitation. A value analysis that is based on a readback of the parameter and comparison to the value that is written will then fail.
Which products are affected?
Inverter Drives 8400 TopLine with a firmware version lower than 14.00.00.00
What happens?
In the case of the selections described, not the correcting variable expected is generated, since an internal limitation takes effect, which is not returned in the code.
When does the problem occur?
The error occurs with the following selections:
20 > C1470/1 > 2000
C1470/2 > 16000
The internal limitation of the parameters is not within the value range limits of the codes as expected.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Do not set parameter C1470/1+ 2 outside the value range.
20 ≤C1470/1 ≤2000
C1470/2 ≤16000
Evaluation:
The internal limitation is also active in FW<14.00.00.00. Internal processing is therefore the same as in the corrected FW 14.00.00.00.
