Corrected from:
- i700 servo inverter from V01.09.03.10964
Response of the new version:
The internal function 0x2945 (Torque: Jerk limitation setpoint) works properly and can be used, if required.
What happens?
The parameter 0x2945 (Torque: Jerk limitation setpoint) can be used to limit the rate of change of the internal torque setpoint.
The function does, however, not work properly and there may be oscillations in the torque characteristics.
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if the jerk limitation is activated by setting the parameter 0x2945 to low values (0x2945 << 400%).
Which products are affected?
- i700 servo inverter
Short-term measures:
Do not use the jerk limitation function, i.e. do not change the setting 0x2945=400% (Lenze setting).
Evaluation/recommendations:
In practical operation, using the internal jerk limitation (0x2945) is actually only useful in a few, very specific applications.
