New error tripping with regard to pole position identification

Functional description

The ID6 error has been added, which checks the pole position identification.

This error is not tripped if, after mains switching, a pole position identification is carried out first when the machine is at standstill and the application is then switched to a rotating machine. Then no new pole position identification is carried out, but the value identified before is used.

This error is tripped if, after mains switching, no pole position identification is carried out when the machine is at standstill and the application is then switched to a rotating machine.
