Device can transmit process data with individual sync

Function extension:

If C0322 Transmission mode CAN TxPDOs is set to 1 … 240 (Synchronous and cyclic), the transmit process data objects will also be transmitted if the sync telegram is generated in the 8400 (as master). For this, the SYNC Rx identifier C0367 and the SYNC Tx identifier C0368 must have the same value.
